Returns
- 90-day return window for unused items.
- 30 days for electronics and software.
- Returns may be made by phone authorization, by mail or courier, or in store.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Special orders
- Special orders may be cancelled within 24 hours.
- Rush orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
